Strong


This is a class designed to help you improve your whole body strength. Typically lifting heavier weights at lower reps, whilst working pelvic floor and core to give you the stability to build strength. Class is suited to all abilities, with a focus on compound movements and form, giving a whole body workout.

Knockout Conditioning


Expect to punch your way through intervals, build strength, and boost endurance with and without gloves. The class integrates simple boxing techniques with high-energy circuits, delivering a total body workout that pushes your limits.

Stable Foundations

This is a class designed to give you the space and time for you to train while your babies and toddlers are watched by one of our team. Each session will be different with a focus on postpartum recovery but giving you a good workout. With a mix of strength training, high intensity, boxing and mobility session; so be ready for anything.

Stable

​

This is a class designed to enhance your mobility, core strength and overall movement; whether you're aiming to increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, or enhance performance. Emphasis on core, breath and pelvic floor are key parts of this session.

HIIT

​

HIIT classes work through intervals and circuits and are designed for all fitness levels, with each set scaling from beginner to advanced. Be ready for anything each class. Trainers will be on the lookout to increase your weights.

Smash It Saturday

​

Turn up and expect the unexpected. These classes will give you a great workout, improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. Mixing a variety of traning methods to give you a great start to the weekend.

Stable Foundations

Stable Foundations is an 8-week programme designed to rebuild your body from the core outward, focusing on pelvic floor and core connection to create the best base for whole-body strength. Perfect for postpartum mums - whether weeks, months, or years after giving birth - but open to all women looking to regain confidence and strength. We have a space where you little ones can watch on while you train, giving you the space and peace of mind to train with 100% focus on you. This program will help you get back to doing what you love without fear, ensuring you’re equipped with a solid foundation for your future health and fitness. Embrace this empowering journey and prepare your body for the next stage of life with strength and confidence!

Learn to Lift

Build strength & confidence in just 4 weeks!

Ready to feel strong, capable, and confident in the gym?

Our 4 week Learn to Lift program is designed for beginners and intermediates who want to master key strength movements and improve technique.

You'll learn how to safely and effectively perform the major compound lifts we use in our classes, building strength with free weights in a supportive, women-only environment.
